Frequently Asked Questions Why TQ?It’s a simple way to learn about each technology, how it’s applied, why it matters and how it works with other technologies. With a stronger technology quotient or TQ, we can all confidently engage in meaningful conversations about technology concepts that are changing the world and creating new business opportunities.Explore the different scenarios and roles to see how TQ is relevant to you. (Link)How do I get started with TQ?All Accenture people can participate in the Accenture TQ learning program. Your participation gives you access to specially-curated content covering important technology concepts. You can build your TQ knowledge using any source you find, but you must pass the assessment on Udacity to receive an official TQ score. What happens to my existing TQ score after the migration to Udacity? You may notice that your TQ score has changed in Udacity - this is due to changes we have made within the program, it is not an error. If you previously earned a point for Generative AI in Pluralsight, you will receive credit for the new, combined, Generative AI topic in Udacity. However, if you also earned a point for Generative AI 2.0, it will "disappear" because we have merged that topic into the new Generative AI update. We're also releasing a new topic - Agentic AI – which increases the total number of points available by one. If you had a TQ score of 14/14 on Pluralsight, you would see 13/14 on Udacity. Can I explore additional courses on Udacity outside of TQ?Yes, Udacity offers a lot of deep skilling content beyond TQ. Everyone will have access to the Discovery & Fluency courses, and the entire content library on Udacity through Udacity All-Access. Read more about Udacity All-Access FAQ here. For more information on TQ on Udacity, visit this page. What should I do if I face issues accessing or navigating Udacity? The Udacity Support Team is ready to support you in case you have any issues regarding their learning offerings or how to enroll in specific courses. You can raise a support request by filling out this form. What is TQ Score and why is it important?TQ score represents how well you understand the key technologies that are shaping the world today and the combined power they can bring. Your TQ score keeps track of your learning and when you feel confident in your knowledge, take an assessment on Udacity. You can improve your TQ by learning about topics and taking assessments. Remember, your score will increase with every assessment you pass. Each time you successfully complete an assessment, you receive one point toward your TQ score. Your TQ score is displayed as a fraction which shows the number of TQ assessments you successfully completed in the nominator and the number of available TQ assessments to be passed in the denominator. As an example, if you successfully completed 11 assessments out of 14, your TQ score would be 11 over 14 (e.g. 11/14). Technologies are always evolving and the TQ site is updated regularly with new topics; your TQ score will change when new TQ training topics are added. With the migration to Udacity platform in June 2025, the TQ "score" may change. Refer additional FAQs on TQ on Udacity page for more details.I watched all the TQ training. Why does my TQ score still show as 0?Your TQ score is based on the assessments you pass, not course completion. Each time you pass a TQ topic assessment, you will receive one point toward your TQ program progress (“score”). If you know a lot about a particular topic, you may choose to skip right to the assessment. If you need to learn more, you can take the training first. Can I increase my TQ score by completing a refreshed topic? If you do not already have a score for the refreshed TQ topic, then yes - passing the assessment earns you a point toward your TQ score. If you already passed the assessment and earned a point for the refreshed TQ topic, then you will not be able to re-take it. If you’ve already earned the point in the past, simply review the updated content and start applying what you learned. What are the available TQ topics?Explore the key TQ topics available here and check back to see what's new.Whose privacy policy applies to the processing of my personal data when I sign up for the TQ training on the Udacity platform? You are an Accenture employee and Udacity is the processor of your data on behalf of Accenture. So Accenture’s data privacy policy applies to the processing of your personal data for Accenture training purposes. Only when you interact directly with or provide personal data to Udacity for their specific purposes (e.g. for technical assistance on the Udacity platform, signing up for Udacity services when you are no longer an Accenture employee or for services not ordered by Accenture), will the Udacity privacy policy apply. Will TQ content be offered in multiple languages?Since TQ is a global learning program, video content is in English only. However, the platform navigation is available in different languages and can be changed in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The video content is also available with closed captioning (cc) in a variety of languages. To activate closed captions, begin a course and start the video. Icons on the lower bottom of the screen will display a three vertical dots icon with various language options. Toggle the closed caption (cc) icon to turn on or off. When on, you can view video transcripts as subtitles in the language you have chosen in your settings. The three vertical dot icon also allows you to adapt the speed of the video. Or you can select the 1.0x icon to adjust. Please note: you may need to refresh the course page once you change the language setting. While you can access the TQ learning content in multiple languages, the TQ assessments are available in English only. It is non-mandatory to complete the assessments, so if you are not comfortable taking it in English, there will be no negative consequences for non-completionWhat is the minimum score required for the assessment to earn the “topic achieved” rating in a TQ topic? The passing score for each assessment may be adjusted over time to reflect the evolving difficulty and learning objectives of each topic. We encourage learners to focus on developing their knowledge and skills rather than targeting a specific score. Can I post TQ assessment questions and answers online? No. Posting assessment questions and answers online or otherwise is expressly prohibited. Such activity violates Accenture’s Code of Business Ethics and its intellectual property rights. Employees engaging in such activity may be subject to disciplinary action.
